Chef Jason Gorman Announces Departure from Dream Dance Steak

Chef Jason Gorman of Dream Dance Steak inside Potawatomi Bingo Casino announced tonight via Facebook that he is leaving the award-winning restaurant after 7 years.

Chef Jason says: “Thank you Potawatomi Bingo Casino for 7 wonderful years. I have been very fortunate to have worked with the talented staff of Dream Dance / Dream Dance Steak. I will miss you all and hope to see you soon for a visit.”

Dream Dance Steak offers a variety of delicious steaks in addition to succulent seafood options, soups, salads, sides and Wisconsin share plates—derived from Chef Jason’s New Wisconsin Cuisine.

    Sad to hear; Jason is very talented and has put out some delicious food. I do wish I could get in to Dream Dance before he goes.
