Screaming Tuna Sushi and Asian Bistro, Milwaukee’s newest restaurant on the Milwaukee River announced today that it is opening up to the public for the first Saturday, March 19 and is taking a limited number of reservations only.

Screaming Tuna, which will be located directly on the Milwaukee River “hinted” via its Twitter page January 20, 2011 that it will be up and running in Milwaukee’s Fifth Ward by Valentine’s Day.
Owned by Alessio Foracappa of Chicago and Siam Saeng of Brookfield, Screaming Tuna is a Sushi and Asian Bistro specializing in traditional dishes with a twist. From its signature roll, to its Sushi Pizza, you’ll find classic flavors and with one-of-a-kind Italian inspired fusion.
The full bar is complimented with a very extensive wine & cocktail menu, and an exciting Wine of the Month Club.
With seating for 140 inside, and additional tables outside, you’ll always be able take in one of the best skyline views in Milwaukee.
Valet parking will be available Thursday through Saturday. You can also park your boat on one of its docks and walk right up to the patio.
