Cafe Tarragon opened today inside Bay View's Future Green

Cafe Tarragon, inside Future Green (2352 S. Kinnickinnic Ave.) is a Vegetarian, Vegan and ‘Gourmet Raw’ Cafe, with a Gluten-free and Vegan Bakery.

The cafe had its soft opening today and will begin serving some bakery items and vegan truffles, soups, panini sandwiches, green salads and ‘raw’ salads and ‘raw’ candies.

Later on down the line, they will be offering a hot lunch buffet featuring various types of
vegetarian and vegan & ‘raw’ dishes.

And then following that they will be offering vegetarian and vegan cooking classes, gluten-free
baking classes and ‘raw’ food preparation.
