Growing from just 300 New York City restaurants in 2007 to thousands across the country today, the UNICEF Tap Project has quickly become a powerful national movement.
As of press time, the following restaurants have signed on to participate in Tap Project Milwaukee (Part of World Water Week) Sunday, March 20- Saturday, March 26.
If any restaurants join the project after this blog is posted, we will add them to this list.
These restaurants will ask their customers to donate $1 for tap water they usually enjoy for free. By donating $1 or more for a glass of tap water you can provide a child safe water for 40 days, or provide 40 children clean water for one day.
All UNICEF Tap Project donations will support UNICEF water programs, which provide clean, safe water to children around the world.
