Have you ordered from the Iron Horse Hotel’s new Lobby menu yet? The new menu debuted three weeks ago and features shared appetizers, a great wine list and hand-crafted, creative cocktails.
The new menu is served daily from 3pm to 11pm (same hours as Branded).
Sharing Appetizers Menu
Curry Crab Cake: 3 oz. crab cake, spiced with yellow curry and dijonaise. Served with a petite salad
Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail: Six jumbo shrimp served with Captain Morgan spiked cocktail sauce
Beef Tartar: Classic Wisconsin tenderloin served with pumpernickel, quail egg, red onion and sea salt
Iron Horse Carpaccio: Shaved tenderloin with fresh horseradish, cracked pepper and sea salt. Served with truffled parmesan and brioche toast
Wisconsin Cheeses & Cured Meats: Assortment of artisanal cheeses, rosemary honey, dried fruit, cured meats, cornichons, stone-ground mustard and crustini
Baked brie: Chef’s selection of baked cheese with rum pecan sauce and tart apple slices. Served with brioche baguette
Fresh sliced fruit and berries: Seasonal fruit selection served with a sweetened raspberry yogur
Sweets sampler: Chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate mousse shooters and chocolate
