After months of work, Bacchus- A Bartolotta Restaurant is very pleased to unveil some exciting new menu formats.
First, the new bar program, led by Bittercube owners Nick Kosevich and Ira Koplowitz, introduces the city of Milwaukee to the craft cocktail craze that has been sweeping the nation. Nick and Ira feature a seasonal menu, which includes some “Classic Cocktails” with recipes that go back to the 1800’s, and “Retro Cocktails” which are their riff on famous drinks. They utilize only the finest products, including fresh squeezed juices, and their own line of handmade bitters and liquors.
Since starting January 14th, Nick and Ira are at Bacchus Tuesday thru Saturday, and run later hours on Thursday, Friday and Saturday-till 1am. The lighting, music and even some seating changes after 10:00pm, to create more of a lounge feel. A special late night Bar Menu is also offered, featuring some of James Beard Award Chef Adam Sigel’s new Small Plates Menu.
In addition, the menu still has all the entrée favorites that Bacchus is known for, with great new presentations. The new menu is available Monday thru Thursday, 5:30-9:00pm, Friday till 10:00, and Saturday 5:00pm-10:00pm.
The new menu went into effect two weeks ago, and is receiving great customer comments, as are the new cocktails.
